Step 1: I order

From the e-shop www.nationphoto.com (if you are reading this article, you are already there), click on "Analog Film Development" in the menu at the top of the page. Here, select your film format (1), the desired processing (2), the type of camera used (3), the type of scanning (4), the print format (5), and its finishes (5bis), then add to the cart (6).

Repeat the operation as many times as necessary, ensuring you respect the different film formats and/or processing.

Complete your cart and proceed to payment via our secure platform (7).

Step 2: I send my films for free

Once your order is confirmed, carefully pack your films in bubble warp or newspaper and slip them into a sturdy envelope that you seal carefully with tape so that the films do not escape during the journey! Write our Authorization Number on the envelope:

NATION PHOTO
AUTHORIZATION 75998

This allows the free shipping of your films to our lab, with no size or weight limit. No postage is needed on your shipments!

Don't forget  to write your contact details and the invoice number of your order on the back of the envelope so the lab can identify it upon receipt. You can fin your invoice in the "Orders" tab of your customer account or in the confirmation email your received following your order (make sure to check your spam folder).

Step 3: We receive and develop

A few days later, you receive an email informing you that your films have arrived at the lab! Hooray!

The magic can happen: the films are sent to the development room and processed as quickly as possible, between 48 to 72 working hours for co-scalled "standard" work. "Special" work types (E6, ECN-2, manual development, 110 formats, etc.) are processed as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is important to consider that these times may vary depending on the time of the year and our workload.

Step 4: We deliver your work

After a Quality Control check of your work (24/48 working hours), where each negative, print, and scan are verified to avoid any returns, your order can be prepared for shipping or free in-store pickup.

We send you an email to inform you that your package has been handed over to the carrier, your films are on their way, and you will soon discover your memories on film!
