The Instax mini 70 uses automatic exposure control to capture bright backgrounds as well as bright subjects even in dark scenes.
The camera automatically calculates surrounding brightness and adjusts shutter speed accordingly. It produces perfectly lit, natural images even indoors.

* Many different modes to choose from
The instax mini 70 comes with a "Selfie" Mode. Using Selfie Mode provides the appropriate brightness and shooting distance for self portraits. You can check your framing with the Selfie Mirror next to the lens. Many other useful features include a self timer mode for group photos, a macro mode for close up shooting (up to 30cm close), and the landscape mode for further away scenes and all kinds of situations.
