A star is born: Nation Photo 400, now available!

In 2022, we announced the release of two new cinema films developed in ECN-2 by Nation Photo: the 250D and 500T. Following your many positive responses, we are proud to introduce today the latest addition to the lab: the Nation Photo 400 color!

THE EMULSION

The emulsion used for this new film is Kodak Vision3, from which our partner has removed the REMJET layer (the anti-halation layer), transforming this ECN-2 film into C-41.

With its 400 ISO, this brand-new film promises superb reproduction of colors that are both vivid and vibrant, making your photos pop with detail. It will be your best companion to capture everyday scenes: while traveling, with friends, strolling through the city, or working on creative projects. Its greatest feature: red halos in reflections, adding a cinematic touch to every shot.

To get the best results, we recommend storing the film in a cool place to preserve the emulsion.

RECYCLING AND MADE IN FRANCE

Spooled in France by our partner Mira Films, the Nation Photo 400 is made from cartridges recovered during our development process. This way, your waste is recycled, and the environmental impact of our films is reduced.

WHAT ABOUT THE DX CODE?

Good news! Our film has a DX code, allowing you to load it into both an SLR camera and a point-and-shoot. The perfect combo for shooting your best nights with a flash!
