To take ID photos, visit one of our stores (Nation, Châtelet, or Monge) without an appointment and leave with your photos.

Click on "Mail Order Film Processing" in the "DEVELOPMENTS AND PRINTS" menu and follow the instructions of our virtual photo counter. Once your selection is complete, a summary will be displayed on the screen:

1. Choose the quantity of similar developments you want to entrust to us and add them to the cart with the "Add to cart" button.
2. Validate and pay for your order; you will receive a confirmation email and your invoice.
3. Receive an email indicating that we are awaiting your films. You will find all the instructions to follow for the free shipping of your films (offer valid in metropolitan France).

Nothing simpler:

1. Carefully wrap your films in bubble wrap or newspaper, choose a sturdy envelope or a small cardboard box to put them in.
2. Seal the shipment securely and write your name, first name, address, and your invoice number #FA on the back.
3. Write our authorization number on your envelope or package and send it directly without any postage in a yellow Post Office box if it fits, or at the post office if it's a package:

Our authorization is valid regardless of the size of your envelope or package; it allows the free shipping of your films to the laboratory (in metropolitan France).

If you wish, add a tracking sticker to your shipment to track the progress of your films. These stickers are available online or at your local Post Office.

After receiving your films, standard developments are completed quickly within 48 to 72 hours. These times may vary depending on the time of year, where workload may increase.

Tasks such as E6 developments, manual developments, and special formats are completed on average within 10 days.

Once your work is completed, it undergoes an extremely rigorous quality control process during which we check each negative, print, and scan before sending.
